The Telecommunications Group is engaged in executing turn key communication solutions for Enterprises and its operations cover a wide area such as Key Telephone systems, PABX's, Intercom systems, Fax machines, Videoconferencing, Paging, DECT and Voice Logging systems. The Networking Group undertakes structured cabling projects, CTI solutions for Banks including Telephone Banking, Internet Banking and Call Centers and is also a solution provider for networking projects requiring active and passive components. The Office Automation Group carries the full range of office equipment. The Healthcare, Security and Fire Alarm Systems Group undertake supply and installation of Security, Surveillance and Fire Alarm Systems, Nurse Call Systems and Prison Communication/Monitoring Systems. The Projects Group carries out turn key projects for Telecom Service Providers and is also involved in Outside Plant business.

There is a synergy between all the Business Groups, thereby making Jawad Sultan Technologies a "one stop shop" for large and small business establishments as well as for homes.

JST's activities are supported by a large service set up consisting of 15 trained Service Engineers and a team of Installers to carry out in house installation and maintenance service.
